Aftersales Revenue Analysis Menu

The aftersales revenue analysis option from the Reports and Enquiries allows you to run reports that will print an evaluation of the aftersales revenue for company, customers or vehicles. This will produce the year to date and life to date figures.

Warning: In order for the aftersales analysis to produce figures, you will need to input realistic potential figures for parts, service, sublet, counter parts, and base annual mileage figures in franchise data, variant options, A/Sales base data tab. The basis is as follows: variant x, assuming it does y miles per year, should generate z pounds of after-sales revenue per year, split between the four areas previously mentioned.

For a realistic estimate of the vehicles true projected mileage per annum, within each vehicle record from the top tool bar, vehicle menu, a mileage factor has to be entered manually from the veh-maint-revenue option.

Company analysis: Allows a report to be printed for after-sales revenue against a pre-determined budget or potential revenue criteria. The figures displayed are the sum of all vehicles attached to the company record. A further option allows the analysis of each of the vehicles attached to that record to be viewed individually.

Customer analysis: Allows a report to be printed for after-sales revenue against a pre-determined budget or potential revenue criteria. The figures displayed are the sum of all vehicles attached to that record. A further option allows the analysis of each of the vehicles attached to that record to be viewed individually.
