This report is a printed list of all vehicles with missing vehicle information, and provides the following information:
Vehicle magic number
Franchise (if missing)
Model (if missing)
Variant (if missing)
Registration number (if missing)
Chassis number (if missing)
Registration date (if missing)
Next service date (if missing)
Next MOT date (if missing)
Colour (if missing)
Trim (if missing)
Engine number (if missing)
Creating user
Warning: Care should be taken when setting any vehicle records for deletion. You will need to detach any customers from the vehicle record and transfer or remove any service history before setting the record for deletion.
To produce an incorrect vehicle records report:
Note: Ensure that a suitable printer is selected and is on-line.
From the Rev.8 Master Menu, select the CRM option and the Company required.
The CRM menu is displayed.
Select the Reports and enquiries option.
The CRM REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu is displayed.
Select the Database cleansing option.
The CRM DATABASE CLEANSING menu is displayed.
Select the Incorrect vehicle records option.
The Incorrect Vehicle Records (MK) form is displayed.
Complete the form and click OK.
A report status is displayed, and the report is printed to the currently selected printer.
Click Close.
You are returned to the CRM DATABASE CLEANSING menu.
This form is displayed when you select the Incorrect vehicle records option from the CRM DATABASE CLEANSING menu.
Enter number of previous days: The number of days' records you want to check. For example, if you want to check vehicles created in the last week, the number of previous days is 7.
PUSH BUTTONS:
OK: Prints the report to the currently selected printer
Cancel: Returns you to the CRM DATABASE CLEANSING menu
Help: Displays help on the current program using the default browser
Schedule: Displays the Timed Operations scheduler
Add to batch: Displays an Add report to batch form in which a report may be batched for printing in a report group
