You can transfer all the CCM scripts from one customer to another.
To transfer the CCM history:
From the Autoline Main Menu, select the CRM option.
The CRM Menu is displayed.
Select the Reports & Enquiries option.
The CRM Reports and Enquiries Menu is displayed.
Select the Database cleansing option.
The CRM Database Cleansing Menu is displayed.
Select the Transfer CCM history option.
The Transfer customer scripts form is displayed.
Complete the form and click OK.
The CCM scripts are transferred.
This form is displayed when you select the Transfer CCM history option from the CRM Database Cleansing Menu. It enables you to transfer all the CCM scripts from one customer to another.
Customer record number- FROM : Customer number (visible when a customer record is loaded at the bottom right hand side) that you want to transfer the CCM history from
Customer record number- TO : Customer number (visible when a vehicle record is loaded at the bottom right hand side) that you want the CCM history to be transferred to
Warning: The CCM history is transferred immediately you click OK, so care must be taken that you have entered the correct customer numbers. This program will transfer all the CCM scripts and history from one customer record to the other.
PUSH BUTTONS:
OK: Transfers all the CCM history immediately from the source customer to the destination customer
Cancel: Returns you to the Database Cleansing menu without transferring the CCM history
Help: Displays help on the current program
Schedule: Enables you to add the Transfer CCM history option to Timed operations through Configure schedule
Add to batch: Enables you to add this report to a batch of reports that can be run simultaneously either from the Batch Reports option in Report Generator or within Timed operations
