This report lists courtesy vehicles only for a specified period, a summary of the insurance costs and loan charges to the customer for each branch and group.
To produce a loan vehicles charges summary report:
From the Autoline Main Menu, select the CRM option.
The CRM Menu is displayed.
Select the Reports & Enquiries option.
The CRM Reports and Enquiries Menu is displayed.
Select the Loan vehicle reports option.
The Loan Vehicles Management Reports Menu is displayed.
Select the Loan vehicles charges summary option.
The Loan vehicles charges summary form is displayed.
Complete the form and click OK.
The report is compiled and output in the selected format
This form is displayed when you select the Loan vehicles charges summary option from the Loan Vehicles Management Reports Menu. It enables you to produce a report listing courtesy vehicles only for a specified period, with a summary of the charges.
Output type: Select an output type for the report from one of the following:
Print: Prints the report to the currently selected printer
Display: Displays the report
HTML: Outputs the report to file in Hyper-Text Markup Language (HTML) format, to be viewed via the default browser
Note: The default setting for Output type is Display.
Date (O for current period): Click the ellipsis button
or enter the date you require the report to run from. If no date is entered the system selects all vehicles for the current period.
Branch (or blank for all): Select the branch for the report, or leave blank for all branches.
PUSH BUTTONS:
OK: Outputs the report in the selected format
Cancel: Returns you to Loan Vehicles Management Reports menu without printing or displaying the report.
Help: Displays help on the current program
Schedule: Enables you to add this report to Timed operations through Configure schedule
Add to batch: Enables you to add this report to a batch of reports that can be run simultaneously either from the Batch Reports option in Report Generator or within Timed operations
