This report displays the sales executive's performance in relation to contacts over a pre-determined period. The option to drill into the results is available by double-clicking or right-clicking on a selected line. The right-click option enables you to print or display the user contacts.
To display the sales executive's performance:
From the Autoline Main Menu, select the CRM option and the Company required.
The CRM Menu is displayed.
Select the Reports & Enquiries option.
The CRM Reports and Enquiries Menu is displayed.
Select the Contact Management Reports option.
The Contact Management Reports Menu is displayed.
Select the Contact Analysis - Drill Down option.
The Contact analysis report form is displayed.
Complete the form and click OK.
The report is compiled and output in the selected format
This form is displayed when you select the Contact Analysis - Drill Down option from the Contact Management Reports Menu. It enables you to produce a report showing the sales executive's performance in relation to contacts over a pre-determined period.
Output type: Select an output type for the report from one of the following:
Print: Prints the report to the currently selected printer
Display: Displays the report
HTML: Outputs the report to file in Hyper-Text Markup Language (HTML) format, to be viewed via the default browser
Note: The default setting for Output type is Display.
Enter Start Date: Starting date for the report
Enter End Date: End date for the report
Location: Location for the report
PUSH BUTTONS:
OK: Outputs the report in the selected format
Cancel: Returns you to the Contact Management Reports Menu without printing or displaying the report
Help: Displays help on the current program
Schedule: Enables you to add this report to Timed operations through Configure schedule
Add to batch: Enables you to add this report to a batch of reports that can be run simultaneously either from the Batch Reports option in Report Generator or within Timed operations
