Customer Management Reports

The Customer Management Reports option from the Reports and Enquiries menu is a useful tool that allows you to print reports giving you information on a customer contact or source of business analysis, records that have been created but not followed up, unrealistic follow up dates, contacts terminated by sales, customer visit analysis and vehicles in the Workshop that have finance expiry agreements.

Note: The options available to you will depend on your user priority. Your priorities can be raised by your system administrator.

Contact Analysis - Drill down: Priority 3. This facility allows you to print, display and drill into the sales executive's performance in relation with contacts over a pre-determined period.

Source of Business Analysis: Priority 3. This facility allows you to print and display analysis of the source of business for sales contacts over a pre-determined period.

Records created No Follow Up: Priority 3. This facility allows you to print and display new customer records created by a sales executive where no contact has been recorded.

Unrealistic Follow up Dates: Priority 3. This facility allows you to print and display details of customer records where sales executives have entered unrealistic follow up dates.

Contacts Terminated By Sales: Priority 3. This facility allows you to print and display customer records where sales executives have terminated the contact chain.

Customer visits analysis: Priority 3. This facility allows you to print and display the number of contacts made before a sales executive completes a sale.

Vehicles in W/Shop & FI expiry: Priority 3. This facility allows you to print and display a list of vehicles in the workshop that have finance expiry agreements.
