Records Created No Follow Up Report

This report displays newly created customers by the sales executive if no contact has been recorded.

To report on new customers with no follow-up:

  1. From the Autoline Main Menu, select the CRM option and the Company required.

    The CRM Menu is displayed.

  2. Select the Reports & Enquiries option.

    The CRM Reports and Enquiries Menu is displayed.

  3. Select the Contact Management Reports option.

    The Contact Management Reports Menu is displayed.

  4. Select the Records created No Follow Up option.

    The Records created no follow up form is displayed.

  5. Complete the form and click OK.

    The report is compiled and output in the selected format

Records created No Follow Up Form

This form is displayed when you select the Records created No Follow Up option from the Contact Management Reports Menu. It enables you to report on new customers with no follow-up.

Output type: Select an output type for the report from one of the following:

Note: The default setting for Output type is Display.

Number of Previous Days: Report on records created with no follow-up over how many days?

Location: Location for the report

PUSH BUTTONS:

OK: Outputs the report in the selected format

Cancel: Returns you to the Contact Management Reports Menu without printing or displaying the report

Help: Displays help on the current program

Schedule: Enables you to add this report to Timed operations through Configure schedule

Add to batch: Enables you to add this report to a batch of reports that can be run simultaneously either from the Batch Reports option in Report Generator or within Timed operations
