Unrealistic Follow up Dates Report

This report displays details of customers' records where sales executives have entered unrealistic follow-up dates.

To report on customers with unrealistic follow-up dates:

  1. From the Autoline Main Menu, select the CRM option and the Company required.

    The CRM Menu is displayed.

  2. Select the Reports & Enquiries option.

    The CRM Reports and Enquiries Menu is displayed.

  3. Select the Contact Management Reports option.

    The Contact Management Reports Menu is displayed.

  4. Select the Unrealistic Follow up Dates option.

    The Unrealistic follow up dates form is displayed.

  5. Complete the form and click OK.

    The report is compiled and output in the selected format

Unrealistic Follow up Dates Form

This form is displayed when you select the Unrealistic Follow up Dates option from the Contact Management Reports Menu. It enables you to report on customers with unrealistic follow-up dates.

Output type: Select an output type for the report from one of the following:

Note: The default setting for Output type is Display.

Earliest Date to Consider: Date you consider to be unrealistic in regards to arranged follow-ups. If the field is left blank it will default to follow-ups over twelve months in the future.

Sales Exec (Blank = ALL): Sales executive to report on, or blank to report on all sales executives

Location: Location for the report

PUSH BUTTONS:

OK: Outputs the report in the selected format

Cancel: Returns you to the Contact Management Reports Menu without printing or displaying the report

Help: Displays help on the current program

Schedule: Enables you to add this report to Timed operations through Configure schedule

Add to batch: Enables you to add this report to a batch of reports that can be run simultaneously either from the Batch Reports option in Report Generator or within Timed operations
