Update vehicle selling prices is displayed when you select the option from the CRM Stock Functions Menu.
This option allows you to update the selling price of vehicle specification lines to be in line with the current prices in Franchise Data.
Specific vehicle: Enter required vehicle number here if know or click on the 
ellipsis to search for the required vehicle.
Tip: Next to the ellipsis search button there is an icon showing a magnifying glass, when a vehicle is loaded in the specific vehicle section buy clicking on this icon the Vehicle price changes will be displayed.
Search by other criteria: will open the screen up further and display more detailed search criteria.
Note:The radio button will always default to the Specific vehicle search.
Data based on date: Enter the date of the which the data is to be based, this will be the date used in Price generations within Franchise Data.
Vehicle price change will allow individual specification lines of a vehicle to be changed to what ever values are required, it will also display any price changes due. Click OK to go back and process if the values are acceptable or change the price to whatever required.
Warning: When changing a price remember to click OK in the Vehicle price change screen and then process in the Update vehicle selling price screen otherwise any manual changes will not processed.
Specification line: The description of the specification lines within the selected vehicle.
Current Price: The current price held on the vehicle specification line.
New Price: The new price from Franchise Data.
Tip: It is possible to change the new price to be what ever is required, click in the new price box for which ever specification line is required and enter a new value.
Buttons:
OK: Returns to the Update vehicle selling prices saving any changes made.
Cancel: Returns to the Update vehicle selling prices without making any changes.
Note: The key will indicate what specification lines have been changed.
Price OK: Any specification line that the new price is the same as the current price will be white.
No price data: Any specification line that the new price and current price are both zero prices will be dark grey.
Price changed: Any specification line that the new price is different from the current price will be yellow.
By clicking on Search by other criteria on the main form the existing form is extended with additional search criteria. Choose the required criteria and click on the search button, the results will be displayed in a grid at the bottom of the screen.
To update multiple selling prices, select the required criteria and search. When the results are displayed click on each vehicle line that needs to be changed, this will enter a tick in the Inc? column once any vehicle line is selected the process button will be enabled, click it to confirm the changes.
Progress codes 5,10,20,50 : When entering this screen this option will be the default and will search between the progress codes listed.
Specific progress code : Click on the radio button, this will enable the 
drop down search, select the required progress code.
Location : Choose from a list of available locations.
Franchise :Select the required franchise code.
Sub model :Select the required sub model code.
Body style :Select the required Body style.
Model year from / to : Enter required model years e.g. From 1999 - 2003.
Model :Select the required model only if the franchise has been entered.
Variant :Select the required variant only if the franchise and model have been selected.
Fuel : Select the required fuel type.
Note: On all of the above search criteria you can use the
Buttons:
Search: Click search once all select criteria has been selected.
Tip:By right clicking on an individual vehicle you will have two options, Select / Deselect all and Preview / edit price changes.

Process: Will confirm any changes made.
Help: Displays help on the current application in your default company browser.
