Parts Sales by Minute Group

This report is used to check the figures in rows 4 to 15 of the extract.

In order to check each value, the Sale column figure alongside the mingr (Minute Group) text that matches the group name from column A in the extract file can be compared to the figures contained in the extract file column for the month concerned. For example, in order to check the parts sales figures for August, column B from the extract file would be compared to the Sale column in a report produced with a Start date of 01/08/2004 and a Finish date of 31/08/2004.

Note: Each figure can be compared directly but in the report output some groups may appear within several franchises so you should add the values together before comparison.
