This program removes spurious Minute groups from the promotion code-to-minute group map. It is run on installation and then when required.
To update invalid Minute groups:
From the RENAULT OPERATIONS menu, select the Renault Minute Reporting menu option.
The MINUTE REPORTING MENU is displayed.
Select the Update promo Minute groups option.
The Update invalid Minute groups form is displayed.
Select the required output type and click OK.
Any spurious Minute groups are removed and a report is output in the specified format.
This form is displayed when you select the Update promo Minute groups option from the MINUTE REPORTING MENU. It enables you to remove spurious Minute groups from the promotion code-to-minute group map.
Output type: Enables you to specify the format in which the report is produced. One of:
Print: Sends the report to the currently selected printer
HTML: Outputs the report to file in Hyper-Text Markup Language (HTML) format
Display: Displays the report (default)
PUSH BUTTONS:
OK: Runs the report
Cancel: Returns you to the MINUTE REPORTING MENU
Help: Displays this page in the default browser
Schedule: Displays the Timed Operations scheduler. This button is not enabled when the output type is set to Display.
Add to batch: Displays an Add report to batch form in which a report may be batched for printing in a report group. This button is not enabled when the output type is set to Display.
