Renault Minute Reporting

Renault Minute is a sales reporting tool for Renault Minute dealers. It is used to report all sales of parts and labour through the Renault Minute department for up to twelve consecutive months. The export creates a file in CSV (comma-separated value) format that is then downloaded to your PC and opened in Excel for final adjustments to be made.

Note: Exporting the report should be done once a month.

To export the Renault Minute report:

  1. From the RENAULT OPERATIONS menu, select the Renault Minute Reporting menu option.

    The MINUTE REPORTING MENU is displayed.

  2. Select the Minute Reporting option followed by the SO company if required.

    The Renault Minute (TDBS) form is displayed.

  3. Click Export.

    The report is exported and the tdbs.csv export file transferred to the C:\ directory on the hard drive of your PC. You can import it into Excel by clicking Launch Microsoft Excel.

Renault Minute (TDBS) Form

This form is displayed when you select the Minute Reporting option from the MINUTE REPORTING MENU. It enables you to use the Renault Minute Reporting system.

Menu bar and toolbar:

Enables you to import promotion codes and map stock franchise letters

Tools > Launch Microsoft Excel X.gif

Enables you to launch Microsoft Excel and open the last exported Renault Minute report

Export Tab

Comments:

Box containing the name of the program

Date range:

From: Start date of the period for which to export data

To: End date of the period for which to export data

Progress:

Gauge indicating the amount of data exported as a proportion of the whole

PUSH BUTTON:

Export: Begins the data extract

View Tab

Files:

List of export files, from which you can select one to view

History:

Last run date: Date when the last data export was run

Last userid: User ID of whoever ran the most recent data extract

Instance: Number of times the report has been run

PUSH BUTTONS:

View: Displays the selected CSV file, with the option of printing it

Logfile: Displays data about the most recent data export
