A file in Renault Manufacturer Systems called RE.MS.promo contains promotion discount information. The file has been extended to contain two new fields: PROMNAME (promotion name) and MINGROUP (minute group).
The promotion code import and mapping tasks are performed on installation and then as required.
To check or import promotion codes:
From the RENAULT OPERATIONS menu, select the Renault Minute Reporting menu option.
The MINUTE REPORTING MENU is displayed.
Select the Minute Reporting option followed by the SO company if required.
The Renault Minute (TDBS) form is displayed.
Select Tools > Promotion codes from the menu bar or click the Promotion codes 
button.
The Promotion Codes form is displayed.
Click Import.
The import is done and a confirming prompt displayed on its completion.
This form is displayed when you select Tools > Promotion codes from the menu bar or click the Promotion codes button on the Renault Minute (TDBS) form. It enables you to check and import promotion codes.
Filter:
You can search the grid by entering a promotion code, description or minute group into the Filter box, followed by RETURN. The grid is re-displayed listing only those entries that match your selection.
Tip: To re-display the entire list when you have filtered it, delete whatever is in the Filter box and press RETURN.
GRID:
Promotion code: Promotion code number
Description: Identifies a promotion code
Minute group: Minute group to which the promotion code belongs
OPTION BUTTONS:
Select the appropriate option (radio) button to sort the list by either Promotion code or Minute group.
PUSH BUTTONS:
Close: Returns you to the Renault Minute (TDBS) form
Help: Displays this page in a web browser
Import: Enables you to import promotion codes
Mapping: Enables you to map Stock franchise letters to their correct Minute Group
