A file in Renault Manufacturer Systems called RE.MS.promo contains promotion discounts. The file has been extended to contain two new fields: PROMNAME (promotion name) and MINGROUP (minute group).
The promotion code import and mapping tasks are performed on installation and then as required.
To map Stock franchise letters to their correct Minute Group:
From the RENAULT OPERATIONS menu, select the Renault Minute Reporting menu option.
The MINUTE REPORTING MENU is displayed.
Select the Minute Reporting option followed by the SO company if required.
The Renault Minute (TDBS) form is displayed.
Select Tools > Promotion codes from the menu bar or click the Promotion codes 
button.
The Promotion Codes form is displayed.
Click Mapping.
The Minute Group Mapping form is displayed.
This form is displayed when you click Mapping on the Promotion Codes form. It enables you to map Stock franchise letters to their correct Minute Group.
GRID:
[Minute Group]: Identifies a Minute Group
[Franchise code]: Stock franchise letter
PUSH BUTTONS:
Move up: Highlights the line in the grid above the one currently highlighted
Move down: Highlights the line in the grid below the one currently highlighted
Tip: The Edit, Move up and Move down buttons are not enabled when the form is first displayed or after you have completed a mapping operation, so start by clicking anywhere in the grid.
Edit: Enables you to map the currently selected Minute Group to the correct stock franchise letter, chosen from a drop-down list
