All Renault Minute Reporting settings are controlled through the main GDX interface via the priority 8 Parameters option.
To check and set parameters:
From the RENAULT OPERATIONS menu, select the Renault Minute Reporting menu option.
The MINUTE REPORTING MENU is displayed.
Select the Minute Reporting option followed by the SO company if required.
The Renault Minute (TDBS) form is displayed.
Select the Parameters option from the File menu or click the Parameters button.
The GDX Company Specific Parameters form is displayed.
This form is displayed when you select the Parameters option from the File menu or click the Parameters button on the Renault Minute (TDBS) form. It enables you to check and set parameters.
GDX type: File ID set in the GFT (Generic File Transfers) record
Description: ID description set in the GFT record
Note: Some settings on this tab are read-only. These parameters must be changed only by, or on the advice of, a consultant.
Comments: Brief comments about the data export
Export directory: Directory where the exported file is put
Export filename: Name for the comma-separated values (CSV) export file
File match string: Mask the program uses when searching the contents of the data extract directory for matches
Format: Format of export file
Export write mode: Whether the export data is overwritten or replaced
Transfer type: GFT type
Default date flag: Not used for Minute Reporting
Backdata days: Not used for Minute Reporting
You should supply a Value for each Description, as follows:
MOT RTS code: RTS code used for MOT jobs
Minute dept code: Department letter used by the Minute department
EURO conversion: Euro conversion factor
Labour anal grps: The nominal permutations code groups containing labour type codes which are posted to the Nominal Ledger as labour sales. This is set up via the Nominal codes option in SO MISCELLANEOUS OPTIONS menu. This is used by the Minute Reporting software to classify Total Labour and Other Sales within the extract file.
Only letters at the beginning of code groups should be specified. For example if the Labour type codes permutation for the company concerned reads ABCDEFGHIJT LMNOQRKP SUWZXY V the valid group code letters are A, L, S and V. It is not necessary to specify codes within a group such as B, O or Y in this example. Also the value can be specified as a continuous string of characters (spaces or commas to separate the codes are not required). In this example ALSV would be valid. The values specified should appear from the first position with no preceding spaces.Tip: There is further information regarding Nominal permutations within the Point-of-Sale module.
Labour oil anal code: The nominal permutations code group containing labour type codes which are posted to the Nominal Ledger as oil sales. This is set up via the Nominal codes option in SO MISCELLANEOUS OPTIONS menu. This is used by the Minute Reporting software to classify the Oil Change figure within the extract file.

Part oil anal code: The nominal permutations code group containing Analysis codes which are posted to the Nominal Ledger as oil sales.
