This report is used to check the figures held within extract rows 17-19, 22, 23, 26 and 27.
To run the Labour Sales by Type report:
From the RENAULT OPERATIONS menu, select the Renault Minute Reporting menu option.
The MINUTE REPORTING MENU is displayed.
Select the REv Labour Sales by Type option followed by the SO company if required.
The Labour Sales by Type form is displayed.
Complete the form and click OK.
The report is output in the specified format.
This form is displayed when you select the REv Labour Sales by Type option from the MINUTE REPORTING MENU. It enables you to check the figures held within extract rows 17-19, 22, 23, 26 and 27.
Output type: Enables you to specify the format in which the report is produced. One of:
Print: Sends the report to the currently selected printer
HTML: Outputs the report to file in Hyper-Text Markup Language (HTML) format
Display: Displays the report (default)
Start date BLANK=Start Month: Date for the report to start at, or blank to start at the beginning of the current month
Finish date BLANK=End Month: Date for the report to finish at, or blank to finish at the end of the current month
Minute Department code: Code letter used in Point of Sale for Renault Minute
Exceptions BLANK=NONE: Up to five labour rate codes, or blank for no exceptions. The report determines whether an item is Labour or MOT by applying the following conventions to labour rate codes:
A to K: Labour
L to R: Lubes
S to Z: Other
MOT: Sales where the RTS code is MOT
Values where the labour rate code used matches one of the letters in the Exceptions field are treated as other sales.
OPTION BUTTONS:
Detail: Select to report on individual WIPs and part numbers
Totals only: Select for a report which gives sub-totals for each minute group
PUSH BUTTONS:
OK: Runs the report
Cancel: Returns you to the MINUTE REPORTING MENU
Help: Displays this page in the default browser
Schedule: Displays the Timed Operations scheduler. This button is not enabled when the output type is set to Display.
Add to batch: Displays an Add report to batch form in which a report may be batched for printing in a report group. This button is not enabled when the output type is set to Display.
