The SMP details report lists basic employee details plus the period Statutory Maternity Pay details and totals.
Tip : This report will normally be included in the mandatory report batch printed when using the Execute EOP options option.

To print a SMP details report
The Payroll Password form is displayed.
Enter your payroll password.
The PAYROLL menu is displayed.
Select the Reports & enquiries option.
The PR REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu is displayed.
Select the Period reports menu option.
The PAYROLL PERIOD REPORTS menu is displayed.
Select the SMP details option.
The SMP details form is displayed.
Click OK.
A report status is displayed and the report is output on the current selected printer.
Click Close to return to the PAYROLL PERIOD REPORTS menu.

The SMP details form is displayed when you select the SMP details option from the PAYROLL PERIOD REPORTS menu.
Prompts
There are no prompts.
Click OK followed by Close once the report status is shown.

Output type
The report is only printed to the current selected printer.

Employee number
Initials
Surname
Joining date
Expected Week of Childbirth
Average pay
Period SMP payment
Period SMP standard rate payment
Period SMP higher rate paid weeks
SMP weeks left
SMP weeks this period
Period SMP gross
Period SMP paid - this is after SMP is replaced by any company maternity payment
Period SMP claimed
Period SMP compensation
Sort sequence
Employee number
Selection
Payroll records are included when the following condition is met:-
The period SMP gross field is non zero.
PUSH BUTTONS:
OK: Prints the report to the currently selected printer.
Cancel: Returns you to the PAYROLL PERIOD REPORTS menu.
Help: Displays help on the current application in your default company browser.
Schedule: Displays the Timed Operations Scheduler.
Add to batch: Displays an Add report to batch form in which a report may be batched for printing in a report group.
