This is a printable report that runs through the Stock Management stock file. The report only includes parts that do not have a zero stock quantity. It is sorted in part number order and gives the stock value of parts by the number of days old, using today's date minus the last purchased date.
The following details are summarised on the report:

Line value (based on total stock quantity multiplied by the average cost plus the surcharge)
Value in 6 month age bands up to 24 months and over
Stock quantity
Average cost
Date last purchased
To produce an aged purchase valuation:
Note: Ensure that a suitable printer is selected and is on-line.
From the Rev.8 Master Menu, select the Stock management option and Company you require.
The STOCK MANAGEMENT menu is displayed.
Select the Reports and enquiries option.
The SM REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu is displayed.
Select the Aged purchase valuation option.
The Aged Purchase Valuation (SM) form is displayed.
Complete the form and click OK.
A report status is displayed, and the report is printed to the currently selected printer.
Click the Close button.
You are returned to the SM REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu.
This form is displayed when you select the Aged purchase valuation option from the SM REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu. From this form you can print an aged purchase valuation.
Enter starting part number: First part number in the range
Enter ending part number: Last part number in the range
PUSH BUTTONS:
OK: Prints the report to the currently selected printer
Cancel: Returns you to the SM REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu
Help: Displays help on the current program using the default browser
Schedule: Displays the Timed Operations scheduler
Add to batch: Displays an Add report to batch form in which a report may be batched for printing in a report group
