Account/Bin Location List Report

This is a printable report that lists, in account number/bin location order, all imprest stock held by the Sales Ledger customer(s). You can produce this report for a single account, a range of accounts, or all accounts.

For each account, the following details are summarised on the report:

The report only shows items that the customer holds in stock. Anything with a zero stock quantity is not included.

To produce an account/bin location list:

  1. From the Rev 8 Master Menu, select the Stock management option and Company you require.

    The STOCK MANAGEMENT menu is displayed.

  2. Select the Imprest stock option.

    The SM IMPREST STOCK menu is displayed.

  3. Select the Account/bin location list option.

    The Imprest Bin Report form is displayed.

  4. Complete the form and click OK.

    The report is compiled and output in the selected format.

Imprest Bin Report Form

This form is displayed when you select the Account/bin location list option from the SM IMPREST STOCK MENU. From this form you can produce an account/bin location list.

Output type: Enables you to specify the format in which the report is produced. One of:

From Account: First Sales Ledger account code in the range

To Account: Last Sales Ledger account code in the range

Tip: Leave both these fields empty to display all Sales Ledger accounts that hold imprest stock.

PUSH BUTTONS:

OK: Prints the report in the selected format

Cancel: Returns you to the SM IMPREST STOCK MENU

Help: Displays help on the current program using the default browser

Schedule: Displays the Timed Operations scheduler

Add to batch: Displays an Add report to batch form in which a report may be batched for printing in a report group
