Before you run this report, please read Parts Audit Stock Reports.
This report should be used to examine the buffer entries made on the previous day in order to help diagnose posting errors.
The report lists:
Company number
Invoice number
Date
Narrative
Daybook number
Item number
Base value
A grand total is given for the base value at the end of the report.
To produce a Find yesterday's buffer entries report:
From the Rev.8 Master Menu, select the Point-of-sale option and Company you require.
The POINT OF SALE menu is displayed.
Select the Reports & enquiries option.
The SO REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu is displayed.
Select the Parts stock audit menu option.
The Parts Stock Audit Menu is displayed.
Select the Find yesterday's buffer entries option.
The Find yesterdays buffer entries form is displayed.
Complete the form and click OK.
The report is compiled and output in the selected format.
Click Close.
You are returned to the Find yesterdays buffer entries form.
This form is displayed when you select the Find yesterday's buffer entries option from the Parts Stock Audit Menu. From this form, you can produce a Find yesterday's buffer entries report.
Output type: Enables you to specify the format in which the report is produced. One of:
Print: Sends the report to the currently selected printer
HTML: Outputs the report to file in Hyper-Text Markup Language (HTML) format
Display: Displays the report (default if no selection is made)
Enter Cost Centre: Required cost centre from your PSTAU to report on
Enter Expense Code: Required expense code from your PSTAU to report on
PUSH BUTTONS:
OK: Outputs the report in the selected format
Cancel: Returns you to the Parts Stock Audit Menu
Help: Displays help on the current program using the default browser
Schedule: Displays the Timed Operations scheduler. This button is not enabled when the output type is set to Display.
Add to batch: Displays an Add report to batch form in which a report may be batched for printing in a report group. This button is not enabled when the output type is set to Display.
