Parts Stock Audit Menu

The Parts Stock Audit Menu is displayed when you when you select the Parts stock audit menu option from the SO REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES Menu.

1. Parts verified on a date (sum): This option provides a summary report for parts verified on a specified date or range of dates.

2. Parts invoiced on a date (sum): This option provides a summary report for parts invoiced on a specified date or range of dates.

3. Parts decarded on a date (sum) : This option provides a summary report for parts decarded on a specified date or range of dates.

4. Parts purchased on a date (sum) : This option provides a summary report for parts purchased on a specified date or range of dates.

5. Parts verified on a date (det) : This option provides a detailed report for parts verified on a specified date or range of dates.

6. Parts invoiced on a date (det): This option provides a detailed report for parts invoiced on a specified date or range of dates.

7. Parts decarded on a date (det) : This option provides a detailed report for parts decarded on a specified date or range of dates.

8. Parts purchased on a date (det): This option provides a detailed report for parts purchased on a specified date or range of dates.

9. Mis-Posted items (current): This option provides a detailed report of mis-posted items for a specified cost centre and expense code combination or all cost centre expense code combinations.

10. Find yesterday's buffer entries: This option provides a report of all invoice buffer entries made the previous day.

11. Trans enquiry for a date: This option provides a summary report by daybook number for transactions made on a specified date for a specified cost centre and expense code combination.

12. Sublet Labour invoiced: This option provides a detailed report for invoiced sublet labour for a specified date or range of dates for specified sublet analysis code(s).

13. Sublet Labour received: This option provides a detailed report for received sublet labour for a specified date or range of dates.

14. Verify 9204 Value in EOD: This option will list the value in subcontracted stock.

15. Verify 9090 Value in EOD: This option will list the value either in summary or detail of Parts work in progress.
