This report primarily runs through the Point-of-Sale labour lines file and, by default, looks for all WIPs with labour booked in over the next 14 days from today. Items with a load status of M, D, C, X, S and R are not included.
By default the report is displayed, and is sorted in order of date due in. When the report is run, you are also given the option to print the report or output the report to an HTML directory.

To produce a booked work for 14 days report:
From the Master Menu, select the Point of sale option and the Company you require.
The POINT OF SALE menu is displayed.
Select the Reports & enquiries option.
The SO REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu is displayed.
Select the Booked Work for 14 days option.
The Booked Work for 14 days form is displayed.
Complete the form and click OK.
The report is compiled and output in the selected format.
This form is displayed when you select the Booked Work for 14 days option from the SO REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu. From this form you can produce a report of booked work for a specified number of days.
Output type: Enables you to specify the format in which the report is produced. One of:
Print: Prints the report to the currently selected printer
HTML: Outputs the report to file in Hyper-Text Markup Language (HTML) format
Display: Displays the report (default)
Department: Department code to include. The default is W.
Include Skills < this letter: Include skills less than the letter in this field. The default letter is N.
Number of days to include: Number of days to include. The default is 14.
Excessive Hours Limit: If hours on a labour line exceed the number of hours entered here, they are set to 0.49 of an hour. This is to stop non retail jobs with a high allowed value and low labour rate value from distorting the hours booked. The default is 20 hours.
Hours to use if 0 or Excessive: Used when the allowed hours on a labour line exceed the excessive hours limit. The default is 0.49.
Totals Only?: Ticked by default to produce a totals-only report, or untick to see full details of all lines.
PUSH BUTTONS:
OK: Outputs the report in the selected format
Cancel: Returns you to the SO REPORTS AND ENQUIRIES menu
Help: Displays help on the current program using the default browser
Schedule: Displays the Timed Operations scheduler. This button is not enabled when the output type is set to Display.
Add to batch: Displays an Add report to batch form in which a report may be batched for printing in a report group. This button is not enabled when the output type is set to Display.
