The Finance Maintenance - Select Finance Company form is displayed when you select the Finance maintenance option from the SR Miscellaneous Options Menu.
This option allows you to create finance companies and to select existing finance companies so that you may create/modify schemes within that company.
Existing finance companies will be displayed.
Short: The Short code used to identify the Finance Company.
Full Name: The full description of the Finance Company.
Buttons:
Add: Displays the Finance maintenance - Finance Company Details allows you to create a new Finance Company.
Edit: Displays the Finance maintenance - Finance Company Details allows you to edit the pre-selected Finance company.
Delete: Deletes the pre-selected Finance company and all schemes which exist for that company.
Copy: Displays the New Finance Company Code form. Enter the New finance company code and click the OK button. The new company will be created with identical details to the original pre-selected company. Edit and amend the details as desired.
Close: Quits you to the Miscellaneous options menu.
Help: Displays help on the application using the default browser.
