Note: Option including Demonstrator transfer and Supplementary invoicing are only available when using MKV Vehicle stocking mode. There is a parameter on the General tab within SR System parameters called Use MKV not VSB for Stock, if ticked this will switch on the MKV Vehicle Stocking options.
