Assigning Special Privileges

The Special Privilege form enables the system manager to temporarily override priority restrictions for a particular terminal thereby giving a user permission to carry out a task that may be uncommon to their daily routine.

Note: Only one user is allowed a special privilege at any time and the privilege only remains active for one operation.

Special Privilege Form

The Special Privilege form is displayed when you click System Utilities > MANAGEMENT MENU > Special privilege.

Terminal number: The terminal number belonging to the user that you are removing restrictions from.

Special privilege: The special privilege code of the high priority operation that you are assigning.

Buttons:

OK: Actions the special privilege assignment.

Exit: Returns you to the SU MANAGEMENT MENU.
