Credit notes with a deposit

Crediting a vehicle invoice with a deposit.

The Vehicle Administration form is displayed.

Note: When crediting an invoice, the Account Status of the vehicle being invoiced and any possible trade-in must be amended to the status it was before the transaction took place.

Raising credit notes are easy and simple, follow the following instructions on how to credit your invoice:

Ensure that the main vehicle is not in display mode

Ensure that your vehicle (s) are at the correct Account status

Click on the

button

Select Main credit, then click OK

If a deposit exist a form will be displayed:

Select if you wish to detach the deposit.

Select continue, then OK

Your vehicle is now ready to re-invoice your vehicle.
