The Bulk Clocking - Suspend Current Activity form is displayed when you click the Suspend button in the Bulk Clocking group on the Technicians form.
These Technicians are clocked in
Displays Technicians currently clocked onto a task or Idle code. Click each required line to toggle the record to be selected.

Select all: Will toggle all the Technician records to selected..
Clear all: Will toggle all the Technician records to the unselected status.
What is the next action
Displays the idle codes and Clock OUT code. These can be selected by clicking on the code required.
PUSH BUTTONS
OK: Changes the status of all selected Technician records to the idle code selected (the status of the line within the Wip will be changed to L status) and return you to the Technicians form.
Cancel: Cancels the change of status for the Technician records selected and return you to the Technicians form.
Help: Displays help on the current application using the default browser.
