The Commercial Vehicle Details form is displayed when you select the Vehicle options from the top toolbar within the Vehicle Record.
Tip: If you wish to amend the data in this form ensure that you are in Edit mode. The data in this form is heavy commercial vehicle specific.
Engine: Enter a reference number or description of any special engine details, followed by any Expiry date noting either the warranty expiry or its next inspection date.
Transmission: Enter a reference number or description of any special transmission, followed by followed by any Expiry date noting either the warranty expiry or its next inspection date.
Body: Enter a reference number or description of any special body details, followed by any Expiry date noting either the warranty expiry or its next inspection date.
Axle 1: Enter a reference number or description of any special first axle, followed by any Expiry date noting either the warranty expiry or its next inspection date.
Axle 2: Enter a reference number or description of any special second axle, followed by any Expiry date noting either the warranty expiry or its next inspection date.
Hazard code: Enter the identity code of any Hazardous substance which might be carried by a tanker (and may need quoting to the fire brigade in the event of an accident).
PUSH BUTTONS:
OK: Returns you to the Vehicle Record.
Help: Displays help on the current application browser.
