Export File Form

The [Provider Organisation] – export file form is displayed when you select File > View export file from the menu bar of the Export Nominal Ledger Form. It displays the contents of the last file exported from Autoline to your local computer or server. Alison Associates accounts are exported as text (.txt) files. Mitac accounts are exported as comma separated variable (.csv) files.

Each export file for Alison Associates contains one header record, any number of data records, and one trailer record.

Any alphanumerics. The account code length specified in the header record determines the size of the field. Trailing spaces will be ignored. The field is treated as text. Accounts Codes should be left-justified in this field.
