Alison Associates – Mapping File Form

This form is displayed when you select File > View mapping file from the menu bar of the Export Nominal Ledger Accounts Form. If you submit an export file to Alison Associates via Aim, a mapping file is generated during set-up. This form displays the mapping file and is enabled only if a mapping file is required.

Note: You can disregard this form if you do not submit export files to Alison Associates via Aim.

The mapping file links the name of each account to the corresponding account file.

Account Code: Identifies a Nominal Ledger account

Description: Purpose of the Nominal Ledger account

Note: The first character position is numbered 0, not 1.

PUSH BUTTONS:

Close: Returns you to the Export Nominal Ledger Accounts Form

Maximise: Increases the size of the form

Print: Prints the mapping file
