The MS File transfers program is self-installing in that it creates a new file if one does not already exist.
Note: It does not let you access a file that is not the correct size: Normal users are warned to contact Software Support and KCC users are advised that the dictionary does not match the file and to update it following the normal best practices.
Creating a new file transfer record automatically loads a default record containing all the basic settings and all optional functions turned off.
