Uploading and Converting Campaign Data

Each time that you receive a new release of campaign data from the manufacturer, you must upload and convert the data on the Autoline system.

To upload and convert recall campaign data:

1. From the Manufacturer Systems tab menu, select the Advanced tab.

2. Select the Campaign setup option.

   The Campaigns setup form is displayed.

3. From the Conversion tab, click the Import button.

   The Data import form is displayed.

   Note: Ensure that the settings are correct before you try to import the data.

4. Click the Import button.
   The system displays a progress of the upload.

5. To convert the data, click the Convert button.

   The system displays a progress of the conversion. When the conversion is complete, the following message is displayed:

   Conversion complete.

6. Click the OK button.
