Vauxhall Parameters and Controls

Note: Only priority 9 users can access the Vauxhall parameters and controls.

Before you download the parts locator file to diskette or transfer the file via DCS, you must ensure the following parameters and controls are set up correctly:

  • WIP franchise

  • Obsolete after n

  • Multiply factor

  • GM dealer drive code

  • PLoc FTP/ODBC/KRM_1

    • Note: You must ensure that the PLoc FTP/ODBC/KRM_1 field is set correctly to indicate the method of transmission.

  • Excess

  • Moving Part

  • Introduction date

    To access the Vauxhall parameters and controls:

    1. From the GENERAL MOTORS OPERATIONS menu, select the General Utilities option.

      The MS UTILITIES MENU is displayed.

    2. Select the parameters & controls option.

      3. The Vauxhall Parameters and Controls form is displayed.
