This menu is displayed when you select the Manufacturer systems option and GM. Vauxhall company on the Autoline Master menu. Access permissions, called priorities, determine whether a particular menu option is displayed. Each menu option is assigned a priority when the program is installed. Your administrator assigns each user a priority. Any menu option whose priority is higher than your own is omitted from the menu. If you think you need access to a menu option described in this help but it does not appear in the actual menu, check with your administrator. The menu enables you to select the following options:
RIM menu: Parts stock replenisher system, which controls selected line items and holding levels for parts
Warranty V2: Enables you to create and maintain claim records, and transfer them to the General Motors Warranty System. (There is also a payment returns integration into the MS software if installed.)

Note: If you are using Autoline Revision 8.2, you are using an earlier version of the Advice note menu software.
Parts price file menu: Enables you to upload, and maintain, master price and supersession files; update the stock file from the price file; build a supersession chain from the master price file; analyse discount codes in the price file not found in the Point-of-Sale (POS) discount map, and set up automatic price file updates if required

That enables users of your Autoline Point-of-Sale to enter labour codes (or find them via a search and browse facility). These create, in WIP records, labour lines containing the correct labour code, description, and time allowed.
