You can use a Trouble Code, a two-character numeric code corresponding to a service done to a particular vehicle, to tell GM what has happened to that vehicle.
To maintain trouble codes:
From the GENERAL MOTORS OPERATIONS menu, select the Warranty option.
The Warranty Menu V1 menu is displayed.
Select the Trouble code maintenance option.
The Trouble Code Maintenance form is displayed.
This form is displayed when you select the Trouble code maintenance option from the Warranty Menu V1 menu. You can use the form to maintain trouble codes.

PUSH BUTTONS:
Exit: Returns you to the Warranty Menu V1 menu
