You can use Net Item Codes, single alphabetic character codes, to record a special service done to a particular vehicle.
To maintain net item types:
From the GENERAL MOTORS OPERATIONS menu, select the Warranty option.
The Warranty Menu V1 menu is displayed.
Select the Net item type maintenance option.
The Net Item Code Maintenance form is displayed.
This form is displayed when you select the Net item type maintenance option from the Warranty Menu V1 menu. You can use the form to maintain net item codes.
Net Item Type: A single alphabetic character code that represents a special service done to a vehicle
Description: Description of the net item code
