When you have invoiced warranty work in Point-of-Sale, you must create the claims and submit them to GM. The claim maintenance facilities enable you to carry out the following tasks:

• Auto-create claims

• Manually create a claim

• Amend a claim

• Display a claim

• Delete a claim

• Print unsubmitted claims

• Submit a batch of claims

• Reset a batch of claims

• Purge claims
