The GM CIS Administrator enables you to set up parameters, view the current status of the integration between the DMS and the GM CIS web service and make a VIN enquiry to search the GM CIS web service for outstanding campaigns. This is an on-the-fly enquiry only and no details are put onto a WIP.
To use the GM CIS Administrator:
From the General Motors Operations Menu select GM CIS followed by the name of the Point-of-Sale company you require.
The GM CIS Administrator form is displayed.
This form is displayed when you select General Motors Operations menu > GM CIS > Point-of-Sale company. It enables you to administer General Motors CIS (Campaign Information Systems).

GM Campaign Information Systems:
Autoline status: Current GM Autoline status and profile.
GM CIS status: Current GM Autoline status and version, if known.
Note: If the current GM CIS status is Unavailable, a More button is displayed. Click it to see details of the problem (for example, the CIS user name and password may be incorrect).
Button:
Enquiry: Displays the Campaign Information Systems form, which enables you to enter a chassis number and search for outstanding recall campaigns.
