Trade Club Export

Every month you can reclaim the credit value for each part sold at Trade Club price. (The credit value is the difference between the Trade and Trade Club price for the part.) In order to do this, you must download a record of every Trade Club transaction to diskette and post it to Vauxhall.

To extract trade club data:

Note: You must run this option from a PC with a diskette in drive A:

  1. From the GENERAL MOTORS OPERATIONS menu select the Trade club export option.

    The system prompts you for the Point-of-Sale (SO) company.

  2. Select an SO company and click the OK button.

    3. The Trade Club form is displayed.

  3. Enter the From/To dates and click the Scan button.

    4. The system looks to see what parts have been sold within the specified date range.

  4. Click the Export button.

    5. A record of every Trade Club transaction is downloaded to diskette.

  5. Send the data to Vauxhall.

    6. Note: Attach a red label supplied by Vauxhall, to diskette before posting.
