The Trade Club form is displayed when you select the Trade club export option from the GENERAL MOTORS OPERATIONS menu. From this form you can export trade club data to a diskette.
From / To: The From field indicates the last date the export was run and the To field defaults to the current date.
Scan for transactions
Scan: Reads the parts file to see what parts were sold between the two dates indicated in the Trade club date range.
Export
Export: Exports the Trade Club file to floppy disk.
PUSH BUTTONS
Exit: Returns you to the GENERAL MOTORS OPERATIONS menu.
Purge: Deletes claims older than the period specified. i.e. 100 days.
Help: Displays help on the current application using the default browser.
