Stock File

You must identify the part numbers held on the stock by using the discount code field. Normal discount codes for Vauxhall include the following:

  • A : normal parts

  • X : exchange parts

    • To identify trade club parts, a T is added to the end of the discount code if the part is a trade club part. i.e. The trade club field on the price file is not 0.

    The codes displayed in the stock file include the following:

  • A : Normal part not in trade club

  • AT : Normal part in trade club

  • X : Exchange part not in trade club

  • XT : Exchange part in trade club

    • To access the stock file:

    1. From the Rev. 8 Master menu, select the Stock management option and the company you require.

      The STOCK MANAGEMENT menu is displayed.

    2. Select the Display stock card option.

      3. The Display Stock Card form is displayed.

    Tip: The Discount code field is located on the Description Tab of the Display Stock Card form.
