Failure to connect:
If the Exchange connection is not functioning when you attempt to transmit a RIM sales data extract to GM, contact Hardware Support. Because the process of transmitting the extracts is crucial to the performance of RIM, you must still send your extract. Send the file via email to GM using the following e-mail address:

Timed Operations failure:
Manually generate the extract.
