This is not an error; it indicates that there is a difference between the data held on the key card and the data held in the vehicle record in the Marketing/CRM module of Autoline. |

Key Reader is not switched on or is in stand alone mode |
Cause: |
This message, displayed in a dialog box when you attempt to load a key card, indicates that the reader is not plugged in, not turned on, or it is switched to operate independently of Autoline. |
Solution: |
Click OK.
The Renault key card data form is displayed with blank data.
Do one of the following:
If the card reader is not plugged into the computer, plug the reader into the computer, place the key card in the recess on top of the reader, and click Read a Card.
If the card reader is plugged into the computer, switch the reader to operate with Autoline (refer to separate Renault documentation) and, back on the Renault key card data form, click Read a Card.
Tip: You do not need to close the Renault key card data form when you switch the reader to operate independently of Autoline.
The Status bar displays the message Reading card... and, eventually, data stored on the key card populates the form and the Status bar message changes to Card now loaded.

Need to set up notes RTS code in POS parameters |
Cause: |
The Notes RTS code is not set up in Point-of-Sale parameters. |

No card to read - replace and try again, or check that Key Card reader is attached to PC |
Cause: |
The key card is missing from (or incorrectly positioned in) the recess on top of the reader when you attempt to load a key card or when you click Read a Card on the Renault Key card data form. |
Solution: |
Click OK on the message box.
The Renault key card data form is displayed without vehicle data.
Place a key card in the recess on top of the reader and click Read a Card.
Note: If you place a key card on the reader before you click OK, you must click Read a Card to load the card data.
Data from the key card populates the form.

No WIP loaded - Cannot link to ICM |
Cause: |
This message is displayed when you attempt to display vehicle details held by Renault without a WIP record loaded in Point-of-sale or when there is no vehicle record in the Marketing/CRM module of Autoline linked to the WIP. It can occur when you do one of the following:
You click ICM Link on the Renault key card data form.
You click Launch ICM on the Align key card data form.
On the Point-of-Sale form, depending on which revision of Autoline you are using, you do one of the following:
When using revision 8.3 of Autoline, you select Links > Utilities > ICM Link from the menu bar.
When using revision 8.2 of Autoline, you click the Renault button and select the ICM Link option from the Select Item From List (Renault POS menu) that is displayed.

In all cases, click OK on the message box to return to either the Point-of-Sale form or the Align key card data form (whichever you were on).
