When you have submitted a stock order from Purchase Control, you must transfer the file to Renault. If you are on the DCS intranet, you can transfer a stock order direct to Renault via the DCS file transfer utility. If you are not on the DCS intranet, the system is set up so that a stock order file is downloaded to floppy disk which you must then transfer to Renault via DEPOS.
