Introduction

This is a facility to transmit files, and to view files that have been transmitted to Volvo. You can see the status of each file, i.e. current (not sent) or sent, and send any files as required. The files are typically service notifications, warranty claims and stock orders.

These files are transmitted directly to a server at Volvo. The Autoline system allows you to run this option whenever it is required.

Set-up

Before you transfer a file, you must ensure that the Autoline system is set up correctly. This is normally performed by, or on advice from, a consultant.
