Transmitting a File

This allows you to view the transmission status of each file and send any files as required.

Note: There are two ways of transmitting the files, through the Context menu or through the Transmit push button.

To transmit a file:

1. From the VOLVO UK OPERATIONS MENU, select the Transmit files option.

   The system prompts you to select the Point-of-Sale (SO) company.

2. Select the SO company.

   The Volvo file transmission tool form is displayed.

3. Select the Volvo file (or files) that you want to transmit.

   Note: Single right-click on unselected file(s) to display a context menu which contains the following options: Add to selection, Transmit and Delete. Single right-click on selected file(s) to display a context menu which contains the following options: Remove from selection, Transmit and Delete.

4. Click the TRANSMIT button.

   A progress of the transmission is displayed. When the transmission is completed, the following message is displayed.

   File transferred successfully or All files transferred successfully

5. Click OK.

   You are returned to the Transfer file menu.
