Service Codes

In order to ensure that the system correctly identifies service work, Point-of-Sale (POS) operators must use valid service codes that are flagged to update the marketing vehicle's next service date (i.e. those codes flagged with a Y in the Service column). These codes are maintained within Point-of-Sale (POS), Miscellaneous options.

To access service codes:

  1. From the Autoline menu, select the Point of sale option and required company, and click OK.

    2. The POINT OF SALE menu is displayed.

  2. Select the Miscellaneous options option.

    3. The SO MISCELLANEOUS OPTIONS menu is displayed.

  3. Select the Service codes option.

    4. The Service codes form is displayed.
