Information
Total vehicles: The total number of vehicles on the marketing database.
Scanned:
In need of update: The number of vehicles on the marketing database that need to be updated.
Matches
Blank/Reg: If the registration number matches but the dealer's chassis/VIN number is blank, the vehicle will be updated.
Exact:
Partial:If the registration number matches and the 6-digit chassis number held on the dealer system forms part of the 17-character VIN held on the Volvo data, the vehicle is updated.
VIN only: If the registration number does not match but the 17-character VIN does, the service variant code is updated, the registration number is not.
