Sometimes, a Point-of-Sale (POS) company that has been pushed a Vehicle Stock-Books (VSB) request, may not undertake that work. In that case, the Point-of-Sale company can transfer the request to another Point-of-Sale company. This program transfers the pushed VSB request to another POS company.
To transfer a pushed VSB request to another POS company:
On the Service Point-of-Sale form, select the menu bar command, Links > Vehicle preparation.
The Vehicles Awaiting Preparation form is displayed.
In the Job request list for workshop grid, select the line of the job request you want to transfer.
The Transfer... button becomes available.
Click Transfer....
The Transfer Pushed Lines to...form is displayed.
Enter the Point-of-Sale Company and code of the Department to which you want to transfer the pushed lines.
Tip: You can use the drop-downs 
to select the appropriate company and department.
A second Transfer button becomes available.
Click this second Transfer button.
The selected line is transferred to the specified Point-of-Sale company. It is no longer displayed in the grid of the Vehicles Awaiting Preparation form. The Jobs from vehicle group is updated.
This form is displayed when you select Links > Vehicle preparation on the Service Point-of-Sale form, then click Transfer... on the Vehicles Awaiting Preparation form. It transfers a pushed VSB request to another POS company.
Company: The company to which you want to transfer the pushed lines
Tip: You can use the drop-downs
Department: Company department to which you want to transfer the pushed lines. Select from:
B: Bodyshop
V/L: Paintshop
P: Parts
W: Workshop
