Overdue Interest Proposals

This form is used to print overdue interest invoices. You can also manually edit interest amounts on transactions. If the Overdue interest proposals log parameter has been selected in Overdue Interest General Parameters, the overdue interest proposals grid is printed at the same time you print the overdue interest invoices.

Printing Overdue Interest Invoices

You can select which transactions are to be included in overdue interest invoices.

To print overdue interest invoices

  1. Check that each transaction in an account should be included in the overdue interest invoice. (If a transaction should not be included, remove the tick in the transaction row in the far right column by clicking on it).

  2. Manually change the interest amount on any transactions, if necessary.

  3. Click the Print Print toolbar button.

    The overdue interest invoices are printed. If the Overdue interest proposals log parameter has been selected in Overdue Interest General Parameters, the overdue interest proposals grid is also printed.

Overdue Interest Proposals Form

This form is displayed when you click Select on the Select Overdue Interest Proposals Form. It is used to select the open transactions you want included in overdue interest invoices. The invoices are printed per account. You can also use this form to manually change the interest amounts on open transactions.

Leaves the program and returns to the previous menu.

Prints the Overdue Interest invoices.

Displays version information of the current program.

Fields:

Collapse/Expand (+/-): Collapse or expand all transactions in an account.

Area: Area code of the account.

Account: Account number.

Name: Name of the account owner.

Code: Interest code. (This field is editable if the interest editable parameter in Overdue Interest Codes Parameters was selected.

Document: Document number of the transaction.

Date: Due date of the transaction.

Misc. ref.: Miscellaneous transaction reference.

Invoice amount: Total invoice amount of the transaction.

To pay: Total outstanding amount of the transaction.

Days: Number of interest days of the transaction. (***** indicates that interest cannot be calculated on a transaction as no interest code has been allocated to the account or the period of the interest calculation is not covered by valid interest rates).

Interest amount: Calculated interest amount for the transaction. (Field is editable).

(Ticked Field): Indicates if transaction should be included in the overdue interest invoice.
